I understand by signing this puppy contract it does not guarantee me to purchase a puppy or to be put on a waiting list. The breeder will contact me to whether I have been approved or not. All medications and vaccines stated on the pets medical record are given by me, with the exception of a rabies vaccine. We guarantee against any serious genetic defects: i.e. heart, lungs, kidneys till 3 months of age. NO WARRANTY ON HYPOGLACEMIA! (h..)
