We DO NOT recommend shipping puppies if at all possible. We prefer the new owner make arrangements to pick up their new puppy in person.

Chihuahua puppies are prone to aliments brought on by stress. An airplane ride can be extremely stressful to them and their little bodies.  I do not ship the puppies unless they are in good health, at least ten weeks of age and must weigh two pounds.

When shipping them to young or too small they have complications like blood in their stools, loss of coat, diarrhea and vomiting. None of these conditions are life threatening to your new puppy but a great concern for the new owner.

When shipping a puppy, we ship from the Portland International Airport (PDX), thru airlines with pet Cargo's Priority Parcel, to any other in the continental USA weather permitting. Puppies being shipped usually can only travel by plane if the temperature remains between 5 degrees F and 85 degrees.

Our shipping fees includes, puppy shuttle, airline fare, certified vet health certificate, puppy carrier and fuel expenses to transport puppy to airline destination.

I will make all the arrangements and will give you as much time as possible to make arrangements to pick up your new puppy at his/her arrival time. However, most airlines do not book to far in advance because of the temperature issues so your puppy could arrive within 48 hours. The new owner is responsible for picking up his/her puppy promptly at time of arrival.

I assume NO responsibility for any illnesses to the puppy brought on by the stress of the flight or motion sickness caused by the transporting or moving into a new home.  Stress of the puppy can cause such illnesses as Hyperglycemia and Coccidian. Nor do we assume any responsibility for anything that may go wrong during transportation of your puppy such as but not limited too loss, death, illness and injury. The buyer assumes all responsibility, liability and acts associated with and too shipping the puppy.
